I’m really impressed with this New Mom & Baby goodie guide! This pretty much covers everything that a New mom needs to give their new bundle of Joy a Great Start! Goodies Guide would be awesome! I think gear and such would be great to review but I would also love more ‘themed’ guides – based on style of living (urban apartment, house, etc.) or other themes like eco-friendly, made in America, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, etc. I am a first-time mom to a beautiful 2-month old girl and throughout building my registry I learned a lot. For example, when I had “single” cloth diapers listed, no one bought them, but when I registered for sets or packs through websites like Green Nursery and Nicki’s Cloth Diapers, friends and family snapped them up!

Of course I would use it! As a first time mom-t0-be I have no clue what I need or what I should invest in, so any suggestions is a huge help. I’d love a list comparing the highest rated must have items every family needs, such as bottles, baby wraps/carriers, strollers, bassinets. There are so many options out there and it would be great to get a list of the best of the best so I don’t have to rummage through and compare a hundred baby bottles before selecting a specific brand.

Yes I would totally review a guide- when I was pregnant I loved reviewing people’s guides of what’s needed- learned about so many neat brands. When I start thinking of #2 – I will be looking at guides again to help. I like seeing both practical things and fun things that you don’t need but are worth a little splurge.

I think all of your reviews and advice are helpful. Even with having baby #3 I still have questions and new things happen that I haven’t experienced yet. You’ve been a big help. I would’ve never thought of double swaddling until you talked about it, and it has worked perfectly.

I have seen a few other soon to be mums post something similar so I am kindly reinforcing but I would love to see your take on a Vancouver BC starter kit for new mums to be. I am in my first pregnancy and much of the products my close friends can recommend are all New Zealand based products. I have been living in Vancouver for almost two years and this pregnancy is an amazing surprise for us but we really aren’t white prepared. So a local mamas guide would be amazing to everything essential. Another blog suggestion (inspired because I simply your philosophy, approach and style) could be possibly an insight into what products work for Dads. There is so much content out there for mums to be to read but practical and local insight for those from Mars would be pretty distinctive and could be quite witty too. I’m sure you could have some fun. We had already planned to get married back in NZ where we met next Feb so we’ll now be taking a new bubba with us for our wedding holiday. Any suggestions or tips (I love blog series) on this topic & travelling with a 5month old would be glady welcomed and amazing. Anyhoo- love staying tuned to your blog. Can’t wait to see what you are up to next 🙂

This is great, being a soon-to-be new mom, it can be overwhelming to know what you need and what to get so I love the suggestions!
Guides are helpful especially with expecting my first child. It’s nice to see what’s other opinions on things are. I like reviews on strollers, feeding products, safety products, car seat reviews are always nice.
Also there’s so many versions of different products it’s nice to see what’s the best out there or what isn’t necessary to purchase.
Luckily my wife has been doing all of the research

our little nublet would luv these items 🙂 we have been following some of these items but they’re pretty pricey so would luv to win if possible. she’s been having a tough time being born so late in the year — from blizzards, to fevers from her first shots to allergic reactions — she’s seen a lot already as a 2 month old. and has been a good sport thru it all and smiling happily away even when sick 🙂
